OTAG – AKROFI RESEARCH GRANT

This grant award is established to support and encourage contextually relevant  occupational therapy/science research and innovation in Ghana. 

Successful applicants are eligible to be awarded up to GHC 3000.

Applications will be opened in Mid-March every year and in Mid-July based on availability of funds.

Successful applicants will be required to submit a report of their research activities after their study is done.

Eligibility criteria

The applicant must be an occupational therapist/assistant/technician or a final year occupational therapy/assistant/technician student in Ghana not necessarily a Ghanaian.

He/she must be a member or be recognized by OTAG.

The research must be conducted in Ghana and/or show relevance to the Ghanaian context. 

The applicant should be in good standing with OTAG.
